2. Responsabilidad del negocio por el contenido y las acciones legales
Cada negocio incluido en el directorio de ORN es el único responsable de crear, administrar y mantener su propio contenido y sus publicaciones. Asimismo, cada negocio listado asume toda la responsabilidad y obligación legal por cualquier disputa, daño o demanda que pueda surgir de sus servicios, productos o del contenido que publique en el directorio de ORN.
3. Indemnización y honorarios de abogados
Al registrar su negocio en este directorio, usted acepta eximir de responsabilidad a Online Referrals Network (ORN). En caso de que ORN sea nombrado, implicado o incluido en cualquier demanda o acción legal presentada contra uno de los negocios incluidos en el directorio, el negocio responsable acepta indemnizar plenamente a ORN y será legalmente responsable de pagar todos los honorarios de abogados de ORN, costos judiciales y gastos legales relacionados.
4. Derechos discrecionales del propietario del directorio
El propietario de Online Referrals Network se reserva el derecho de agregar, eliminar, rechazar o modificar cualquier publicación de negocio en el directorio, a su sola y absoluta discreción, en cualquier momento, por cualquier motivo, con o sin previo aviso.
5. Consentimiento para email marketing y boletines informativos

Neither the owner of the Online Referrals Network (ORN), its operators, employees, affiliates, nor anyone connected to the ORN company, nor any of the other businesses listed in this directory, shall be held liable or responsible for any information, claims, errors, or omissions listed on any of the individual business profiles. ORN does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy or legality of the content posted by individual businesses.
*2. Business Responsibility for Content and Legal Actions*
Every business listed in the ORN directory is solely responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining its own content and listings. Furthermore, each listed business assumes full responsibility and liability for any disputes, damages, or lawsuits that may arise from their services, products, or the content they post on the ORN directory.
*3. Indemnification and Attorney’s Fees*
By listing your business on this directory, you agree to hold the Online Referrals Network (ORN) harmless. In the event that ORN is named, implicated, or included in any lawsuit or legal action brought against one of the businesses listed in the directory, the responsible business agrees to fully indemnify ORN and is legally responsible for paying all of ORN’s attorney’s fees, court costs, and associated legal expenses.
*4. Directory Owner’s Discretionary Rights*
The owner of the Online Referrals Network reserves the right to add, remove, reject, or modify any business listing in the directory at their sole and absolute discretion, at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice.
*5. Email Marketing and Newsletter Consent*
By providing a business email address to the Online Referrals Network, each business explicitly consents and agrees to receive advertising, promotional materials, and any newsletters that ORN decides to present or distribute.
